Meiosis Publications endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
While we believe in selling premium quality products and providing the best fit for all our products, we understand that in certain cases maintaining quality is beyond our control and might require product exchanges. However, we follow a strict no refund policy for all our products.
You are required to apply for exchange within 7-10 working days of receiving the package by writing to us at support@meiosispublications.com
1. SHIPPING POLICY
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹499.
- Order Processing: Tracking link will be shared within 24–48 hours after order placement (depending on order volume).
- Delivery Timeline:
- 80% of orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 14 working days due to operational constraints.

2. EXCHANGE
- We offer exchanges on all our products in case the product is received in damaged condition.
- We offer exchanges on all our products in case the product received was different from what was ordered.
- Please make sure to submit proper images and videos to show the damage.
- Kindly make sure to make parcel opening videos so that we can verify that the product was damaged before it was received by the customer.
- No extra charges will be applicable in case of exchange due to damages in transit and receiving products different from what was ordered.
3. RETURNS

- As a policy, we do not offer returns. However, you can apply for an exchange in case the product delivered was damaged in transit or a different product was delivered than what was ordered.
4. EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- You can apply for exchange of product at Meiosis Publications by writing to us at support@meiosispublications.com
- Mention in the email, order id, reason for exchange, images and videos to support your case, and mobile number along with the subject of the email: “Exchange Product”.
- In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images/videos.
- It may take 1 to 2 working days for your request to be approved/ rejected.
- Once your request is approved , the product will be picked up in 1-3 working days by our courier partner.
- Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery boy as a proof for any disputes in the future.
- Please handover the item which the delivery person has come to collect only.
- If any unaccounted items are handed over, the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.
- New products will be shipped from our warehouse with 2 days of receiving the product. Further, the tracking details will be shared over email for the same within the same timeline.

5. SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
- You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or sms. As per the recent update in courier companies policies throughout India, you are required to inform us within 3 days if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking for us to help you with the same.
- The courier company does not accept any complaints post 72 hours of marking delivery, and we will not be liable if there is delay in informing from your end.

7. HOW TO HAND OVER AN EXCHANGE PARCEL
- All exchanged items must be unused, and returned with original packaging and should be the same as the ones delivered.
- Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
